Panel Outage 10/04/2025
At 7:34 AM UTC, our emergency team was alerted to an issue causing our game panel to become inaccessible. Upon investigation, we discovered the issue wasn't directly with the game panel, but rather with our caching proxy server.

Christmas Holiday Support Times
Our support teams will be fully offline on Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th), and New Year's Day (1st January). This is to allow our team to spend quality time with their family and friends over the holiday season. On all other days, it will be business as usual.
