How To Get The New Copper Cape In Minecraft!

Mojang has finally unlocked the Copper Cape Quest for Minecraft and there are 3 ways to obtain it. We'll go through all three today and what the best option for you will be!

Method One

The first method requires the user to have Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, you’ll need to pick up a Copper Golem Statue (A fully oxidised Copper Golem) and place it somewhere, When it’s done you’ll be able to equip it through the Dressing Room on Bedrock Edition on October 31st.

Though simple, this method is only for Minecraft: Bedrock Edition, so if you’re hoping to have this cape for Minecraft: Java Edition you’ll need to follow one of the other methods!

Method Two

You need to complete WatchTime quests on either TikTok or Twitch.

On TikTok: Watch 3 minutes of Minecraft content on any Game Reward enabled stream.

On Twitch: Watch 5 minutes or more of one of the Twitch Partner or Affiliate channels streaming in the Minecraft category.

After completion you will gain a code which can be redeemed at https://minecraft.net/redeem by November 19th, 2025.

Method Three

Claim the code in-person at TwitchCon in San Diego, California between October 17th and October 19th, 2025, then unlock your Copper Cape by redeeming your code at https://minecraft.net/redeem by November 19th, 2025.
