Panel 6.12 Update Change Log

We're still wating on Tony to work out striped varnish isn't a thing. In the mean time we've been working on some panel updates
6.12 is now live on all nodes, it includes all the stuff we couldn't get done in time for 6.11. We have a Rust auto wipe tool, support for newer ZGC flags for Minecraft, and the searching of blocks in the 3D chunk view.

Option to enable ZGC if running Java 17 or more

Breadcrumbs not being clickable on smaller screens
Menu button being on the wrong side on smaller screens

3D Chunk view will show world location, not local
