Back in March we put out a warning that we were working on merging the Kinetic Panel and our billing panel. Yep, we know its been a of a wait, but like with most things at Kinetic, the scope grew a bit, and we wanted to make sure we got this 100% right. The upcoming panel update that will merge billing is our biggest ever update, with not only the new billing system and support system, but also improvements across the panel. Based on the last feedback form we've redone the navigation to make it less cluttered, and we've also added themes. We'll show off more soon, but here is a quick look
Unified Logins Are Coming
With this update this will merge billing and the game panel under one account, your game panel account. If you have shared your game panel password with anyone you would rather not have access to your billing info. Please change your password and use our sub user feature.
How Will The Rollout Happen?
The new support system, and fancy new UI will be there right when this update drops. The billing system will slowly roll out, with people being able to opt into it early. We'll show more of that closer to the time
When Will This Update Drop?
We don't have a fixed date yet, but it should drop late November early December. We're just giving you another heads up about the change, to make sure anyone who is sharing their password has their account ready for the change.
