Jojosolos | Building a Community | Building TCG SMP

Jojosolos is a Content Creator with an outstanding following of over 200,000 followers world wide.

In the beginning of the year, we've had the opportunity to partner with Jojosolos to create the TCG SMP, which is a Trading Card Game Minecraft Server full of a variety of Content Creators. These creators can collect different cards that are related to items within Minecraft and even their own unqiue card of the creator on the Server.

We have had the chance to sit down with Jojo to talk about Challenges, and Solutions that Kinetic Hosting has helped during the Beginning of the TCG SMP, along with this, we've asked some questions on what the future will hold for the TCG SMP.

The Challenge:

Q: What challenges were you facing during the Development of the TCG SMP & how has Kinetic Hosting helped you overcome these challenges?

A: Some of the challenges were just figuring out lag issues between mods and Kinetic's experience with modded Minecraft helped find the culprit mods that were throwing errors left and right.

Our Note: Kinetic Hosting's team has hands on experience running a Modded Minecraft Community, with over 15+ years of experience in the Modded space, our team was able to assist Jojo with issues that previous hosts were unable to assist with.

Q: What allowed Kinetic Hosting to stand out comparing to your Previous Partnerships with another provider in the Industry?

A: The transparency of the hardware they use and their willingness to stay involved with their partners throughout setup process of servers and beyond

Q: Kinetic has and always will continue to be transparent with the hardware we offer, as we will never wan't to feel our customers have been deceived. Working with Partners is Important to us, every partner Kinetic has onbaoarded, we always strive to work closely with them to ensure their needs are met.

The Solution:

Q: What Solutions has Kinetic Hosting provided to overcome the challenges you were facing during the process Developing the TCG SMP?

A: Kinetic employees personally went through the console and logs of the server to assure certain mods werent causing issues.

Our Note: When onboarding Jojo and getting them setup with their new Kinetic server, they were explaining some issues they were experiencing, our team was notified and begun working with Jojo to diagnose and find the cause of the issue at hand, then offering a solution that best fit Jojo.

The Future:

Q: What does the Future look like for the TCG SMP?

A: Extremely bright! We are pumped to get an exciting update out that will introduce more fun tech and thankfully, with the upgrades Kinetic is providing, the server should continue to run at it's best capacity.

Our Note: Jojo and her team are constantly looking to bring new updates to the TCG SMP. with the TCG SMP introducing newer mods, we've jumped on the case and the TCG SMP is now powered by the Ryzen 9, 9950x.

Q: How do you believe Kinetic will continue to support the SMP along it's successful journey?

A: I know they'll continue to provide support whenever needed, they are always at the ready to help out when we have any issues and all the issues we have had are always being worked on or have already found their solutions!
