Room to Grow

We hire internally for bigger jobs where we can, so there is real room to grow into more responsibility as Kinetic grows.

Growing fast, building properly

We are a hosting company that thinks like a software company

Great hardware matters, but the experience around it matters too. We build a lot of Kinetic in-house, including this website, our knowledgebase, internal staff tools, and the Kinetic Panel customers use every day.

That panel work includes the practical hosting tools around real servers: mod and plugin installers, backups, schedules, crash management, file workflows, instances, split servers, world tools, and server management features. We also build tools outside the panel, like the Kinetic SFTP client, so customers and staff have better ways to manage files, fix problems, and keep servers moving.

A lot of that direction comes from the people closest to customers. Support reps, community staff, and the people handling awkward server issues see where users get stuck first, so their feedback helps shape better tools, clearer guides, and smoother workflows.

Open roles

Each role has its own requirements, but all jobs share the same baseline expectations around communication, reliability, and remote work.
