Room to Grow

We hire internally for bigger jobs where we can, so there is real room to grow into more responsibility as Kinetic grows.

Growing fast, building properly

We are a hosting company that thinks like a software company

Great hardware matters, but the experience around it matters too. We build a lot of Kinetic in-house, including this website, our knowledgebase, internal staff tools, and the Kinetic Panel customers use every day.

That panel work includes the practical hosting tools around real servers: mod and plugin installers, backups, schedules, crash management, file workflows, instances, split servers, world tools, and server management features. We also build tools outside the panel, like the Kinetic SFTP client, so customers and staff have better ways to manage files, fix problems, and keep servers moving.

A lot of that direction comes from the people closest to customers. Support reps, community staff, and the people handling awkward server issues see where users get stuck first, so their feedback helps shape better tools, clearer guides, and smoother workflows.

Open roles

Each role has its own requirements, but all jobs share the same baseline expectations around communication, reliability, and remote work.

Studio B2B Partnerships Manager

As a Studio Partnerships Manager, you’ll help grow Kinetic’s B2B partnerships with game studios, mod teams, creators, and community projects. You’ll be reaching out to potential partners, explaining how Kinetic can support their players with affordable server hosting, and helping turn studio relationships into long-term hosting partnerships.

Role

As a Studio Partnerships Manager, you’ll be working on the B2B side of Kinetic Hosting, helping us build relationships with game studios and larger community projects.

Your main focus will be finding studios and projects where player-run servers matter, such as survival games, sandbox games, modded games, early access titles, and active Discord communities. You’ll reach out to these teams, explain what Kinetic can offer, and help them understand how affordable, reliable hosting can support their players and keep communities active for longer.

You’ll work with studios on things like official hosting partnerships, custom landing pages, revenue share, launch-day capacity planning, community support, and feedback loops between their players and our team.

This role is part outreach, part relationship management, and part product feedback. You’ll be helping us find the right partners, build trust, and pass useful feedback back to the wider Kinetic team.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable reaching out to studios, creators, and community teams.
  • Good understanding of game servers and why communities use them.
  • Confident explaining Kinetic’s services in a clear, non-pushy way.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good at spotting games or communities that would be a strong fit for server hosting.
  • Organised enough to track conversations, follow-ups, and partner progress.
  • Able to pass useful feedback, requests, and opportunities back to the wider team.
  • Comfortable working over Discord, email, website enquiries, google meets, etc

Nice to have

  • Experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or community management.
  • Existing knowledge of indie games, survival games, sandbox games, or modded communities.
  • Experience working with game studios, creators, mod teams, or Discord communities.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate tracking, revenue share, and launch partnerships.
  • Experience writing outreach messages, pitch decks, or partner proposals.
  • Comfortable joining calls or meetings with potential partners.
  • Good understanding of Kinetic Hosting, Kinetic Panel, and our pricing/features.
