Kinetic Hosting - Now With Unlimited Storage

When we rolled out our new packages, we set a smaller storage cap. Over time, we increased this from 30 GB to 60 GB, and as of today, we’re removing the hard limit entirely.

What Does This Mean?

Servers will still deploy with 60 GB by default, but you’ll be able to request a free storage upgrade at any time via a support ticket.

Storage isn’t truly infinite, we can’t store your server in a void, but in real terms this is no longer something you need to worry about. We already have thousands of servers happily using 150 GB+ of storage

This change does not affect server performance or speeds.

Why the Change?

While most people won’t need more than the default 60 GB, removing the limit means you don’t have to think about storage at all. Your server can grow naturally, and you won’t be asked to pay more later just because your world, mods, or backups got bigger.

This is subject to fair use, but for normal gameplay, modded servers, and growing worlds, you’re covered.

Whats Included In The Storage?

The 60gb limit and the unlimit storage only applys to the files you store on your server, the file manager. We already offered uncapped storage for databases and backups.
