If you've been around a while you'll know we put out feedback forms every so often to collect feedback from you. We've made a lot of changes to our service this year, so we're requesting your feedback once again, to make sure we're going in the right direction. We read all feedback replies, and use them to help improve our service.

Rewards
As a thank you we'll be giving a fancy discord role to everyone who fills out the form. If you've been around a while, you'll know we're working to make a Sandwich. Our first feedback form we gave out the @Bread role, then we gave out the @Cheese role, next it was the @Ham role. This time we're giving out the @Lettuce role.
We'll also put you into a prize draw for a chance to win 1 of 3 10gb lifetime impact servers.
Final Note
Every response to this form, will be really helpful to us. So please if you do have the time, and use our service fill out the form. I'll also add that putting bad feedback will not remove you from the prize draw, or the Lettuce roll. Please put honest feedback.

Christmas Holiday Support Times
Our support teams will be fully offline on Christmas Day (25th), Boxing Day (26th), and New Year's Day (1st January). This is to allow our team to spend quality time with their family and friends over the holiday season. On all other days, it will be business as usual. However, please note that support requests opened after these days may take a little longer to process as we catch up on any pending tickets.
