If you've been around a while you'll know we put out feedback forms every so often to collect feedback from you. We've made a lot of changes to our service this year, so we're requesting your feedback once again, to make sure we're going in the right direction. We read all feedback replies, and use them to help improve our service.

Rewards

As a thank you we'll be giving a fancy discord role to everyone who fills out the form. If you've been around a while, you'll know we're working to make a Sandwich. Our first feedback form we gave out the @Bread role, then we gave out the @Cheese role, next it was the @Ham role. This time we're giving out the @Lettuce role.

Final Note

Every response to this form, will be really helpful to us. So please if you do have the time, and use our service fill out the form. I'll also add that putting bad feedback will not remove you from the prize draw, or the Lettuce roll. Please put honest feedback.
