Palworld 1.0 has added so many new pals to the game that it can be hard to keep track of where they all are or how to get started collecting or battling them! To kick things off, we'll help break down some of the Ground-type Pals in the game, and where you can find them all!

Aegidron

Element(s): Ground / Dragon

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): While in a party, the player and other pals take 60-80% less damage from explosive attacks, and are immune to Stun effects.
Passive Skill(s): +20 Defense & Immune to Knockback
Where to Find Aegidron: Aegidron is an Alpha boss, so it has a pre-set location! You can find this pal after unlocking the world tree region by traveling up north of the Lacrymal Shoal fast-travel point.
Bulldosu

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): While in a party, the player and other pals take 10-30% less Electric-type damage, and are immune to Electrify effects.
Where to Find Bulldosu: Bulldosu can be found at the north-westmost island on the map, in the same region where you can find the tower boss duo of Saya & Selyne.
Dualith

Element(s): Ground / Grass

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): When activated, Dualith fires a powerful Grass-type laser from its right hand.
Where to Find Dualith: You can find Dualith in the world tree region as another Alpha boss, located up north-west of the Alluvion lakefront fast travel point.
Dualith Noct

Element(s): Ground / Dark

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): When activated, Dualith Noct fires a powerful Dark-type laser from its right hand.
Where to Find Dualith Noct: Dualith Noct is an alpha boss located beside the Glacial Memento Islet fast travel point. This is positioned up to the north-west of the Feybreak region.
Gildra

Element(s): Ground / Dark

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): While fighting together, when Gildra is incapacitated, it revives with its Hunger reduced to 0.
Where to Find Gildra: Gildra can be found abundantly all over the north-eastmost region of the map. This is the same region where you can challenge Marcus & Faleris.
Lapiron

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): While in party, increases the player's Defense by 50-65% when sprinting.
Where to Find Lapiron: Lapiron can be found in the south-west region of the map, just to the north-east of the fight with Bjorn & Bastigor.
Moldron

Element(s): Ground / Fire

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): This Pal's Attack increases by 4-8% for every other Fire or Ground type pal in your party.
Where to Find Moldron: Moldron is an alpha boss challengeable on an island just south of the Feybreak region.
Moldron Cryst

Element(s): Ground / Ice

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): While in party, improves Ice-type damage to enemy weak points by 25-40% by the player and other Pals.
Where to Find Moldron Cryst: Moldron Cryst is another alpha boss in the world tree, located in the icy region between Forbidden Laboratory and Within the Seal.
Pierdon

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): While in party, increases the damage of the player and other Pals to enemies afflicted with the Muddy status by 50-65%.
Where to Find Pierdon: Pierdon is an alpha boss set in the north-eastern modern islet of the map, just off of the Flamepulse Island.
Polapup Terra

Element(s): Ground / Ice

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): Movement speed is increased by 80-160% while mounted in snow. May slide quickly down slopes/hills.
Where to Find Polapup Terra: Polapup Terra can be found at the extreme western-most area of the Palpagos Islands on the icy island on the edge of the available map.
Prixter Lux

Element(s): Ground / Electric

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): When activated, Prixter Lux changes the attack type of the player to Electric, and buffs Attack by 30-50%.
Where to Find Prixter Lux: Prixter Lux is another alpha boss, this time hiding out in an island to the north of the Feybreak region.
Pupperai

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): While in party, increases the player's melee damage by 10-35%.
Where to Find Pupperai: Pupperai can be found near the starting areas of the map, south-east of where you can first challenge Zoe & Grizzbolt.
Sekhmet

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): While working at your base, boosts the work-speed of any working Anubis pals by 20-40%. Also increases efficiency by 30-60% if Sekhmet is working at a Workbench, Workshop, or other production facility.
Where to Find Sekhmet: Sekhmet can most commonly be found at the large north-east island on the map, in the same region as Marcus & Faleris.
Snock Lux

Element(s): Ground / Electric

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): While in party, the player and other pals take 15-30% less Water-type damage, and are immune to Soak effects.
Where to Find Snock Lux: Snock Lux can be found in the world tree map all along the north-east fossil biome.
Tetroise

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? Yes
Partner Skill(s): While at your base, Tetroise increases the mining-type work suitability of all other pals by +1 level.
Where to Find Tetroise: Tetroise is an alpha boss located in the north-east island of the map, in the same region as the Marcus & Faleris boss tower.
Woolipop Terra

Element(s): Ground

Rideable? No
Partner Skill(s): Occasionally drops Caramel Cotton Candy when working at a Ranch at your base. Also reduces the rate of Hunger depletion for other pals at your base by 15-25%.
Where to Find Woolipop Terra: Woolipop Terra can be found in the same area as Polapup Terra pals, secluded off on the west-mode island on the map, along the border of currently accessible territory.
