Panel 7 Is Coming Soon

We've been working in the background for a few months, and it’s shaping up to be one of our biggest panel updates yet. While it’s not quite ready, we’ll soon start teasing more about Panel 7.

Like Panel 6, Panel 7 will be a huge step forward for our platform, focusing on improving a system that hasn’t had much love over the past few years, our billing panel. With Panel 7, our billing panel and game panel will merge into one, bringing everything under a single account and making things much simpler to manage.

So what does this mean when it comes to features?

New Ticket System

The new ticket system will allow you to request help directly from within the panel. It comes with a clean, chat-based UI, encryption, and in-panel notifications so you know as soon as you get a reply.

New Way of Billing

No more needing to contact support to remove a cancellation request. You’ll be able to manage this yourself, including turning off automatic billing.

You’ll also see clear notices on your server in the panel when you’re getting close to your renewal date, and if a cancellation request is active, so nothing gets forgotten.

On top of that, we’ll be rolling out weekly billing. After your first month, you’ll be able to switch to weekly payments. Perfect if you just want to keep your server for a week or two to finish up a playthrough and save a bit of money.

Rewards

The new billing system will introduce our Golden Sherman reward store.

Sherman’s opening up shop in the panel, where you can spend Golden Shermans earned from things like renewals, new servers, upgrades, and add-ons. The longer you keep your server, the more you’ll earn.

You’ll be able to spend them on things like Discord roles, server upgrades, or even real-life swag, a little extra thank you for using Kinetic.

Donation Pots

You’ll be able to enable donation pots for your server, letting you create a public link where others can contribute towards your server costs. Any money donated goes straight into your client credit, which can then be used for things like upgrades or renewals.

This is perfect for public servers, or even just groups of mates who want to chip in and share the cost of running a server.

New Partner Dashboard

The new partner dashboard brings better insights into where your users are coming from, along with the introduction of partner codes. These codes can be used at checkout to give users perks like extra Golden Shermans, additional RAM, more splits, and more, it’s up to you.

You’ll also be able to see all the perks available to you, and what you can claim based on the orders you’re generating.

For partners earning regularly, you’ll now be able to export your earnings to make things like tax filing much easier.

The Biggest Bug Bash Ever

It’s not all about billing, we’re also improving the entire panel. With our new QA team on board, we’ll be going over every part of the panel to fix issues and refine the UI.

Features for Other Games

Panel 7 will bring more attention to the other games we support. While previous updates focused heavily on Minecraft, this one will introduce a range of quality-of-life improvements across other games.

Mobile

Our new mobile UI in Panel 6 was a big upgrade. Panel 7 will continue to build on this, improving the experience based on your feedback.

When Is Panel 7 Coming?

We don’t have an ETA just yet, but we’re now focused on refining everything so we can get it into your hands as soon as possible.

Unlike previous panel updates, the billing features for Panel 7 will roll out gradually rather than all at once. This allows us to test things properly and make sure everything is solid before a full release.
