Panel Version 5.8 - New Player Manager and More

A brand-new update for the Kinetic Panel has landed, and it’s a big one. While we’re still hard at work on the massive Panel 6 update, this release brings a number of its improvements into Panel 5. Expect a completely overhauled Player Manager, smarter installers, and plenty of quality-of-life fixes.

What’s New

Overall Changes

• The EULA warning modal now appears on all pages.

• A warning modal now shows when your server is full on storage.

Version Installer Improvements

• The installer now shows your currently installed version (for versions installed after this update).

• Added a search function to find versions faster.

• Added a filter for NeoForge loader versions.

• Fixed an issue where version 1.21.10 appeared lower in the list than intended.

• Fixed a bug where a modpack warning appeared even when no modpack was installed.

Modpack Installer Updates

• You can now uninstall modpacks quickly with a new one-click button.

• Modpacks now report their installed Minecraft and Loader versions, visible directly in the Version Installer.

Player Manager

This is one of the biggest overhauls in the update, rebuilt from the ground up with a brand-new interface and expanded functionality.

You can now:

• View both online and offline players.

• Give items to players.

• Change a player’s game mode.

• Teleport players instantly.

• Download player data directly from the panel.

• View each player’s UUID.

This update fixes a number of long-standing bugs and adds a lot more flexibility for managing players. More features are planned for Panel 6.

Mod Installer

• Mods are now filtered by installed versions for better compatibility.

• You’ll now see a warning if your current loader doesn’t support mods.

• Mods are also filtered by loader type, so you only see compatible options.

Plugin Installer

• You’ll now get a warning if you try to install plugins on a server that doesn’t support them.
