There are two available whitelisting options for Scum server owners - Whitelist and Exclusive User List. When Whitelist is active all players including non-whitelisted players will be able to join, however once the server is full whitelisted players attempting to join will kick out a random non-whitelisted player to make space. The exclusive user list acts more like a traditional whitelist, only allowing users on the list to join the server regardless of current player count. Either of these lists is enabled once a player ID is added to related file.
