How To Install Spark

While spark is simple to install, it has a lot of options which can become quite confusing.

Installing Spark

You can go to sparks downloads page to get the latest version of the tool. However, if you need an Older Version checkout their Curseforge Downloads page.

1 Login to the Kinetic Panel

2 Access your servers File Manager

3 From there, install spark either inside of the Mods folder or the Plugins folder.

4 Restart your server.

Using Spark

Only run a profiler when the server is running into performance issues or lagging.

1 To run the profiler, run the following command /spark profiler --start

2 Have this profiler run for 10-15 minutes, just continue playing on the server

3 After the time is up, you can run /spark profiler --stop

4 From there, you will be provided with a unique link which you can provide to our support staff to help you diagnose the issue.
