How to upload your own world to your Windrose Server

  1. Login to the Kinetic Panel.

  2. Stop the server.

  3. Open File Manager.

  4. Navgaite to R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB/0.10.0/Worlds.

  5. Upload your World.

    Your world can be found at these locations

    Steam
    C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\R5\Saved\SaveProfiles\{YourProfile}\RocksDB\{GameVersion}\Worlds\{WorldID}

    Other Host / Self Hosted.
    R5/Saved/SaveProfiles/Default/RocksDB/0.10.0/Worlds

  6. Open the uploaded world.

  7. Open WorldDescription.json

  8. Copy the islandId.

  9. Click File Manager.

  10. Open R5 > ServerDescription.json

  11. Paste in your islandID into WorldIslandId.

  12. Save the server.

  13. Start the server.
