How to Remove A Server Cancelation
We're glad you have decided to keep your service with Kinetic Hosting. To remove your cancelation please follow these steps:
1 Login to your Billing Account
2 On the top of the menu, you will select the "Support" button to open the drop down menu, then click on "Open Ticket"

3 You will now be brought to the page to open a Support Ticket. From there, you will ask our team to remove your cancelation for your service. Make sure to submit your ticket with the button at the bottom.

Make sure to check your Spam and All Mail folders.
4 From there, your ticket with our Billing Team will be created, they will work with you to ensure the cancelation is removed for that service.
