By default, V Rising server's hosted with Kinetic Hosting automatically check for and install the most recent update when you restart your server. There are certain scenarios where server owners may have disabled automatic updates, this guide will show you how to re-enable them. It is also possible to define a Steam Beta branch to check for updates.
1 Login to the Kinetic Panel and Stop your server.
2 Go to the Settings.
3 Locate the Automatic Updates dropdown and set it to true.
4 It is also possible to define a Steam Beta branch in the Steam Beta field if required.
5 Start your server to update your server.
