1 Login to the Kinetic Panel and Stop your server.
2 Go to the Settings.
3 Locate the Server Password field and set your desired value.
4 Start your server to apply your new server password.

How To Change Your V Rising Server Password
The easiest way to make your V Rising server private is by setting a password, this can then be given to players who you want to allow to join. Leaving the password field empty will automatically disable password protection for your server.
