Adding plugins to your Forest server requires Oxide to be on.
You can find oxide plugins here

  1. Login to the Kinetic Panel.

  2. Stop the server.

  3. Go to File Manager.

  4. Go to the oxide folder.

  5. Upload cs file

  6. Start the server.
