How to Install SMAPI Mods on the Stardew Valley Client

To play modded Stardew Valley, you’ll need to install SMAPI. You can follow the guide.

If you prefer not to install it manually, you can use CurseForge, which simplifies the process.

Installing the mods

1. Locate the Games Folder.

2. Drag the archived/zipped file into the folder.

   

3. Unarchive file.

   

Steam

1. Open Steam.

2. Click on Stardew Valley in your game library.

3. Click Manage.

4. Select Browse local files.

   

Xbox App

1. Open the Xbox App.

2. Right-click on Stardew Valley.

3. Click Manage.

   

4. Go to the Files tab.

5. Click Browse to open the game folder.

   

6.  Open the content Folder.
