How to change your settings on Starbound

Log in to the Kinetic panel.
Choose file manager.
Open the config file.

Max players that can be on a team
allowAdminCommands
Allow admins to use commands.

Grants admin powers to all players
allowAnonymousConnections
Allows connections from anyone
anonymousConnectionsAreAdmin
Allows anonymous players to use admin powers.
