Login to your Kinetic Panel.
Stop your server.

Go to "Settings"
In the settings page, you can use the dropdown to change your server version.
Reinstall the server by clicking "Reset/reinstall" on the top right of the settings page. Make sure to select the option to delete files if you're downgrading your version.
