How to fix Failed to load datapacks

Sorry, we don't yet have a video for this article, but we're working on it.
Failed to load datapacks, can't proceed with server load. You can either fix your datapacks or reset to vanilla with --safeMode

This error can sometimes be seen when booting your server. This typically occurs when you swap modpacks or certain mods while keeping the same world. This is because Minecraft mods, which add world generation and other features, use datapacks. These are then stored in your world.

Reset your world.

The simplest solution. This also needs to be done if you switch to a different modpack. On the kinetic panel, this is done by default by creating a new world name on the modpack swap.

Re-add the mods.

If you have removed any mods and not swapped the pack, this will be the solution for you. If it's a case this mod was crashing, you can look into disabling mob spawns. Banning items or disabling world gen if that mod supports it
