How to Disable a Minecraft Server Mod

If your server is experiencing some performance issues or even startup issues. Instead of deleting a mod from your server, you can disable them to test what could be causing the issue.

Disabling A Mod

1 Login to the Kinetic Panel

2 Head to the File Manager

3 From there, head to your mods folder.

4 Once you are in the Mods folder, you will see a Disable button next to your mods.

5 From there, you can click the Disable button

6 The Mod will turn red, indicating that is disabled. You can also click Enable to turn the mod back on.

7 You will also want to restart your server for any changes to take effect.

That is how you disable mods on your server.

Press Ctrl+K to search. When link hints are enabled, hold Shift to label every visible link and control.

Use black and dark backgrounds with white text and stronger borders throughout the site.

Keyboard link hints

Hold Shift to show a temporary key on every visible link and control. Keep holding Shift and type a label to activate it.

Keyboard navigation

Ctrl+K opens site search. When link hints are enabled, hold Shift to label every visible page link, menu item, order control and location. Keep Shift held while typing the displayed label, or release Shift to close the labels.

Search Kinetic Hosting

Search site pages, game servers, knowledgebase articles, blog posts, FAQs and modpacks.

Enter at least two characters to search the site.
