How to use Map View on your Minecraft server

What is World Map?

Map view is a feature we've added to our servers which enabled the owner to view their servers Minecraft world directly from the Kinetic Panel. This guide will show you have to access it, and how to use all it's features.

1. Login to your Kinetic Panel

2. On the left side of the panel, open "World Map"

   

3. You'll now have access to your world map. Here, there are several features you can use.

   

4. You can also use the Map View tool to select and highlight certain chunks. To do this, hold (CTRL) and use left-click to drag your mouse across the chunks.

   

5. If you then right click the selected chunks, you can choose to delete the chunks so they can reload on the next server boot, or delete the entities within the chunk.
   This feature can be used to either delete ticking entities that are crashing your server or reducing it's performance, or delete chunks that might be causing the same issues.
