If you're using Windows. Right-click on the world folder (Shift and right-click if on Windows 11), press send to, then Zip folder.

Upload The Zip

  1. Head to the File Manager

  2. Click on the Upload Button.

  3. Once the Zipped Archive is Uploaded, Right click on it & select Unarchive.

Setting the World File

  1. Now that you have the World Unarchived, remember the worlds name & head to the Settings Page.

  2. In the World File Box, you will want to set the World name within that box.

    success
That is how you uploadd a world to a Minecraft Server!

Using SFTP To upload the world

When uploading a world using SFTP, you will may not need to zip the world to upload it. You'll just upload the normal world file. If you don't know how to use SFTP. follow This Guide

Unarchive the Zip

Minecraft won't be able to read the world as a Zip, so we now need to Unarchive the Zip. To do this right-click it on the panel, and press Unarchive.

Set The World

Now it's uploaded and no longer in the Zip, we need to set the world for the server to load. To do this, head to the settings page, and put the name of the folder you uploaded into the world box.
