Chat reports are only for minecraft versions above 1.19.1.

1. Login to the Kinetic Panel

2. Head to the Settings Page.

3. Go to Server Properties.

4. Then, type in "Enforce" into the search box, you will see "Enforce Secure Profile".

5. This will be true by default, set it to false and restart your server.
