1. Go to Download and download Ulib 2 & ULX 3

2. Log in to the Kinetic Panel.

3. Go to the File Manager on the Kinetic Panel.

4. Go to Garrysmod > addons.

5. Create 2 new folders called ulx & ulib

6. Upload & unachive the the mods to the folder of their name.

7. Restart the server.

8. In the server console type ulx adduser [username] superadmin
