How to install mods on your Conan Exiles server

Locating the mod ID

  1. Open the Steam workshop for the game.

  2. Click on an add-on you wish to add.

  3. Click share.

  4. Grab the ID at the end.

Installing it on a server

  1. Log in to the Kinetic Panel.

  2. Go to settings.

  3. Locate the mod's ID box.

  4. Paste in the mod ID. If using more than one separate via a comma as shown above.

  5. Start / Restart the server.

Extra Steps for Enhanced.

  1. Stop the server.

  2. Open File Manager

  3. Open ConanSandbox/Mods

  4. Create a new file

  5. Enter *Mod.pak
    Replace Mod with the name of the mod. Add a new line for each mod.

  6. Save file, call it modlist.txt

Toggleing Auto add to Modlist

This setting, depending on the state, will auto-add downloaded mods to the modlist. You may turn this off if you wish to add mods from elsewhere.

  1. Open the settings page.

  2. Locate Auto Load Mods.

  3. Toggle it on or off

Press Ctrl+K to search. When link hints are enabled, hold Shift to label every visible link and control.

High-contrast dark theme

Use black and dark backgrounds with white text and stronger borders throughout the site.

Keyboard link hints

Hold Shift to show a temporary key on every visible link and control. Keep holding Shift and type a label to activate it.

Keyboard navigation

Ctrl+K opens site search. When link hints are enabled, hold Shift to label every visible page link, menu item, order control and location. Keep Shift held while typing the displayed label, or release Shift to close the labels.

Search Kinetic Hosting

Search site pages, game servers, knowledgebase articles, blog posts, FAQs and modpacks.

Enter at least two characters to search the site.
